Wikipol is a non partisan non profit organisation which sole purpose is to run this wiki and open it to ordinary citizens. We hope they will take this opportunity to express their views.

Wikipol has been recently created by a small group of people holding different political opinions and we do not wish to favour any side. The site is open to the public since January 2007 and we are confident it will grow in the coming months.

Unlike most politicians and civil servants in France many of us have lived and worked outside France. We have had a taste of how the rest of the world copes (sometimes rather well) with problems we are unable to tackle here. This is the reason why we welcome comments and ideas from outside. Feel free to send us your comments in English or in French by mail to contributions. If your fear your French is not good enough let us know and we will edit your text before they are published. Remember that that the attention span of the average reader is limited and try to be concise.
